For years, my filmmaking work has taken me across India, Europe, and the U.S. I stayed in some amazing hotels — but I also witnessed a recurring problem. Many hotels with great service and beautiful infrastructure were still struggling to earn visibility, credibility, or direct revenue. Fake reviews, platform bias, and dependency on commissions were hurting their identity.
When my nephew Geet — an Aerospace Engineering scholar from South Carolina — and I discussed these challenges, we decided something must change. We combined vision with technology and created a mission-driven platform built for hoteliers, by those who understand their struggle.
Hotel Mate 360 is not just another listing service — it’s a digital revolution to put the hotelier’s dignity, independence, and growth first.

During my academic journey and global travels, I began to notice a common pattern — many hotels, especially in India and emerging destinations, had unique strengths but lacked the visibility and tools to showcase them globally. Some were even misjudged by fake or outdated reviews, while others lost revenue to platforms that controlled their presence.
That’s when the vision of Hotel Mate 360 was born — a platform that respects the individuality of every hotel, empowers direct connections with guests and corporate buyers, and removes the barriers of commissions and middlemen.
