    • Business documents for verification (e.g., licenses).
    • Media assets for your profile (photos, videos, descriptive text, menus, and amenity lists).
  • b) Information from WSDH Gold Card Members (Guests): When a user registers for a free WSDH Gold Card, we collect personal information to create and manage their membership, including:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • City and Country of Residence
  • c) Information Collected Automatically (All Visitors): : Like most websites, we automatically collect non-personal technical information when you visit our Platform, including:
    • IP address, browser type, and operating system.
    • Device information
    • Pages visited and interaction patterns on our site (via cookies and analytics tools).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate, maintain, and enhance the WSDH ecosystem.

  • a) For Our Partners:
    • To verify eligibility and create your professional profile on the WSDH Platform.
    • To manage your partnership plan, including payments and renewals
    • To communicate with you regarding your profile, platform updates, and support inquiries.
  • b) For Our Members (Guests):
    • To create, manage, and issue your digital WSDH Gold Card.
    • To communicate with you about membership benefits, platform features, and exclusive offers.
    • To track usage for eligibility in the Annual Rewards Program.
  • c) For All Users:
    • To operate, improve, and secure our Platform and services.
    • To respond to customer service requests and inquiries.

Important Note: WSDH’s model is built on direct connection. We do not share a Member's personal contact information (email, phone number) with our Partners. The platform facilitates direct contact initiated by the Member.

We retain your information for as long as your partnership or membership account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
