World Stay Digital Hub is a first-of-its-kind hotel visibility platform that gives hotels the power to reach guests directly — no commissions, no booking cuts, and no biased search results. It connects travelers with verified hotel profiles for transparent, hassle-free discovery.
No. We are not an OTA. We don’t take bookings or charge commission. We simply give your hotel a verified, professional digital profile — so guests can reach you directly.
Any legally operating hotel in India with proper documentation, physical infrastructure, and ownership (or management) authority can apply. Each listing goes through a verification and content check before it is approved.
LISTING PLANS & FEATURES
We currently offer four listing options:
- Free Basic Listing
Hotel name, contact details, and star category (no images or page). - Essential Presence Plan (₹2,995 + GST)
1-page profile with photos, room rates, amenities, and short info. - Prime Visibility Plan (₹4,995 + GST)
2-page profile with Hotel Story section, more visuals, and detailed offerings. - Signature Spotlight Plan (₹7,995 + GST)
3-page profile with full branding, room categories, rich details, and includes the Banquet & Event Showcase Page.
Yes, you can opt for it as a standalone listing or as an add-on to your existing hotel profile plan. The pricing will vary based on whether it is taken independently or bundled with a hotel profile plan.
All paid listings include:
- Professionally designed hotel profile
- Verified visuals and branding
- Amenities and room section
- Contact buttons: Call, WhatsApp, Website, Google Map
- Booking button (if hotel has a direct engine)
- Hotel Story section and branding (varies by plan)
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Plan upgrades after initial registration will be available after November 15, 2025, and will be charged at double the standard price.
- Gujarat & Maharashtra: Standard rates apply for up to 2,500 hotels per state. Once the limit is reached, rates will be doubled for that state. After 30 September 2025, double rates will apply regardless of the limit.
- Pan India: Standard rates apply from 1 October to 15 December 2025 for up to 2,500 hotels per state. Once the limit is reached, rates will be doubled for that state. After 15 December 2025, double rates will apply nationwide until 31 December 2025.
PROFILE MANAGEMENT
Yes. Profile updates (images, text, layout, etc.) can be made for ₹1,499 + GST per request.
Yes. Every hotel profile must be updated every 2 years. The update charge will be 50% of your original registration fee at that time.
CONTENT & SUBMISSION
You’ll be required to submit:
- A completed SDA (Self Declaration Audit) form
- High-quality hotel and/or banquet photographs
- Property details including rooms, amenities, story, banquet/event info (as per plan)
Yes. If submitted content is misleading, low resolution, outdated, or manipulated, HM360 reserves the right to reject and ask for re-submission.
PLATFORM & GUEST ACCESS
Never. All guest leads and messages go directly to the hotel. We do not control or influence your pricing.
Yes. If your hotel has a direct booking engine or website, we will link the “Book Now” button directly to it.
All Premium profiles include instant contact options: Call Now, WhatsApp, Website link, and Google Maps access.

B&E showcase Plan, Wedding Venue Plan
It’s a dedicated showcase page designed to present your property as a wedding destination. It highlights wedding-specific visuals, event space details, room blocks, and amenities tailored for wedding guests. The page includes direct enquiry buttons (Call, WhatsApp, Email) and is crafted to attract families, planners, and couples looking for the perfect venue.
The Banquet & Event Showcase Plan highlights your hotel’s banquet halls, event venues, and conference facilities with high-resolution images, capacity details, amenities, and setup styles. It includes a dedicated profile section for event spaces alongside your hotel listing, making it easier for clients to directly enquire for events, meetings, or celebrations.
₹15,990 + GST or bundled at ₹7,995 + GST when you have an existing paid hotel profile (Essential, Prime, or Signature).
CONTENT & SUBMISSION (Showcase Plans)
You’ll need to submit:
- 8+ high-resolution photos (for Banquet/Event pages) or wedding setup visuals (for Wedding Showcase)
- Details of your venue capacity, event types hosted, and facility features (A/V, catering, décor, etc.)
- Special packages, wedding amenities, and guest room block info (for weddings)
- Updated contact info for direct guest enquiries
Yes. Both Banquet & Event Showcase and Destination Wedding Venue Showcase are available as standalone listings for hotels that want to highlight only their event or wedding offerings.
