WSDH (World Stay Digital Hub) is a division of HM360 Excellence.
- 1. Our Role as a Digital Showcase PlatformWSDH operates as a digital showcase,
marketing, and visibility platform for our hospitality partners ("Partners"), including
hotels and restaurants. We are not an Online Travel Agency (OTA), a travel agent, or a
food delivery aggregator. WSDH does not process bookings, facilitate any financial
transactions between guests and Partners, or charge any commissions on bookings or
dining orders. Our role is strictly to connect Gold Card members directly with our
Partners.
- 2. Accuracy of Partner InformationAll information displayed on the WSDH platform—
including but not limited to hotel profiles, restaurant details, photographs, menus,
listed amenities, offers, and pricing—is provided and managed directly by our Partners.
While we encourage our Partners to maintain accuracy, WSDH does not independently
verify all content and cannot guarantee its complete correctness, timeliness, or
availability.
- 3. The WSDH Gold Card & Partner ObligationsThe WSDH Gold Card is a loyalty
program that identifies members to our network, allowing them to receive special
benefits. All discounts, perks, and offers associated with the Gold Card are provided
and managed at the sole discretion of the participating Hotel or Restaurant. These
benefits are subject to the Partner's own terms, conditions, and availability and may
change. The responsibility for the provision and quality of all services rests solely with
the respective Partner.
- 4. Limitation of LiabilityWSDH and its parent company, HM360 Excellence, are not a
party to any agreement or transaction between a user and a Partner. We shall not be
held liable for any mismatch in services, quality of the guest experience, or any
disputes, damages, or losses that may arise from your interaction with or services
provided by any of our listed Partners.
- 5. User Discretion and Verification Use of the WSDH platform and the Gold Card is
entirely at the user's discretion. We strongly encourage all users to communicate
directly with the hotel or restaurant to confirm current oƯers, availability, policies,
and any other specific details before making travel or dining arrangements.
