Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Only legally operating hotels (budget, midscale, boutique, luxury) with valid licenses and physical infrastructure are eligible to register. HM360 reserves the right to approve or reject any application based on eligibility criteria and internal review.
2. Registration and Payments
- Basic Listing is Free
- One time Registration & Integration Charges apply for all Premium plans.
- Inclusion in the MyWorldStay App requires meeting additional content submission and verification requirements, at no extra charge.
- No Portal Charges for 1 year.
3. Content Requirements for App Inclusion
To qualify for access to the MyWorldStay App, hotels must submit:
- Completed SDA Form (Self-Declaration Audit)
- 20+ current high-resolution photographs
- 1-minute property walkthrough video
HM360 may reject any submissions found to be outdated or manipulated.
4. Portal Charges
- No Portal charges until December 2026, after that a monthly or yearly plan will be revealed.
5. Direct Booking Model
- No commissions will ever be charged on bookings.
- HM360 will not interfere in pricing, availability, or guest negotiations
6. Modification Policy
Any updates or change to hotel profiles, photos, or details after initial listing will incur a ₹1,499 + GST charge
7. Refund Policy
- The registration & integration fee for Premium Plan is nonrefundable once services are initiated and listing is published.
- If HM360 rejects a listing before publishing, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative fees.
